Mechanical Technician/Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician / Fitter to join a reputable organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment according to specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machinery.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for assembly and repair tasks.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical teams to support projects.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Technical / Vocational certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Technician / Fitter.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID.
