Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, installation, and operation of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical technicians and fitters during installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily operations of mechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed effectively.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in industrial, commercial, or construction settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID.
