Mechanical Site Engineer (Constuction)

As a Mechanical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of mechanical systems in building construction projects. Based in Qatar, this on-site role encompasses conducting detailed inspections, providing maintenance support, and utilizing advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with automotive systems to ensure seamless integration and successful project execution, all while upholding the highest industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems at construction sites.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Develop and review designs using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with automotive system teams to integrate mechanical solutions effectively.
• Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems on-site.
• Manage resources and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members as required.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the building construction industry.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and inspection techniques.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and their integration with automotive systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional certification in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
• Candidates must be based in Qatar with a valid visa and QID, available for immediate joining.
• Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.
