Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the healthcare sector to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in marketing management.


Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase patient acquisition, and drive revenue growth.

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the healthcare industry.

* Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities.

* Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.

* Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.

* Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future efforts.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and media representatives.

* Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.


Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

* Minimum 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the healthcare industry.

* Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Qatar and the GCC region.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

* Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
