Lifeguard

We are seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests at a luxury hotel and resort property in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for monitoring swimming areas, preventing accidents, and providing emergency response as needed, all while delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor swimming pools, beaches, or other water facilities to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations consistently.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or accidents.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR when required.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool areas and equipment.
• Educate guests on water safety practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of poolside areas.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest safety and experience.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
• 2-3 years of experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
• Certificate of Lifeguard.
• CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.
• Knowledge of water safety regulations and procedures.
