We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Leasing Property Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing both residential and commercial properties, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for clients. This position requires strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Leasing: Assist clients in leasing residential and commercial properties by providing property information, conducting property tours, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs and preferences, match them with suitable properties, and provide comprehensive details regarding properties, lease terms, and pricing.
  • Marketing & Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels, including preparing marketing materials such as property listings, brochures, and online content.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between property owners and potential tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Lease Management: Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. Oversee the lease signing process and assist clients with any required documentation.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals, fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including client interactions, property showings, and lease agreements, and provide regular reports to management on leasing performance.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in real estate leasing, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid real estate license or certification (if required by local regulations).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to own car.

Compensation: This position is commission-based with no base salary. The commission structure, ranging from 50-60%, will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
