Learning and Development Executive (Luxury Hospitality Industry)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Executive (Female) with a background in the luxury hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in employee training and development within a hospitality setting. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall organizational development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement effective learning and development programs tailored to the hospitality industry.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve employee performance, customer service, and job skills.
  • Assess training needs and design courses to meet organizational goals and employee development objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports, tracking employee progress and completion of required programs.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs align with current hospitality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and personal growth within the organization.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development and employee training, preferably within the hospitality industry (Required).
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to assess training needs, develop learning materials, and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates from Western, Central, and South-Eastern Asia are preferred.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID (Required).
