Laundry Attendant

A Laundry Attendant ensures that all linen, uniforms, and guest clothing are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to the highest luxury standards. This role supports the hotel’s housekeeping and guest services departments by delivering impeccable laundry services that uphold the property’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linen, towels, guest clothing, and uniforms according to established procedures.
• Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect linen and garments for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of clean and soiled laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laundry area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and chemical handling procedures.
• Respond promptly to urgent guest laundry requests or special cleaning requirements.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and guest services teams to ensure timely delivery of laundry items.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in laundry operations in luxury hotels or resorts preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment, detergents, and stain removal techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
