Kids Club Attendant

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children while delivering exceptional service aligned with luxury hospitality standards. The role involves supervising children, organizing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring all safety and hygiene guidelines are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in daily indoor and outdoor activities
• Plan, organize, and lead age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, educational, and recreational programs
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all children at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Kids Club environment
• Greet children and parents warmly and professionally, providing clear information about activities and schedules
• Follow hotel policies, child safeguarding procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Handle children with care, patience, and professionalism
• Assist in special events, themed activities, and celebrations
• Report any incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to management
• Work collaboratively with the Kids Club team and other hotel departments

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Kids Club Attendant in luxury hotels or resorts
• Previous experience within the GCC hospitality market is required
• CPR & AED Certificate preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and child-focused personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and basic first aid is an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
