As a Junior Sales Engineer (MEP & Fit-out), your responsibilities will include identifying and securing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the building construction sector. You will leverage your technical proficiency in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), finishing, and interior fit-out products to provide solutions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, and finishing, as well as exceptional skills in negotiation and closing sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical knowledge of MEP (Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC), finishing, interior fit-out, and civil works to support sales activities.
- Prepare status reports, including weekly plans, ongoing project updates, monthly reports, and sales forecasts for division managers.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets, ensuring growth in both new and existing business.
- Research and identify new clients in designated sectors who could benefit from the company’s products and services.
- Develop market analysis reports, recommending actions and improvements to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective clients, explaining products and services.
- Plan and modify products and solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze project data, including consultants, contractors, competitors, and end-users.
- Negotiate and manage conflicts effectively, applying various approaches to resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued business success.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, material types, and relevant technical specifications.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in MEP & Fit-Out Sales, building construction, carpentry, and joinery.(required)
- At least 2 years of experience in the Qatar market is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC works, and civil/structural works.
- In-depth understanding of finishing, interior fit-out products, and material selection.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Outstanding presentation, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid visa and QID for Immediate Joining
- Qatar driving license is mandatory.
