Juice Maker

We are seeking a skilled Juice Maker to prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring high quality, taste, and presentation. The ideal candidate should maintain hygiene, manage ingredients efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice station, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor stock levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, report shortages.
• Follow portion control to minimize wastage.
• Ensure timely service of beverages during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Juice Maker, Barista, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh juice preparation, blending, and presentation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cafes, juice bars, restaurants, or hotels.
• Basic food safety or hygiene certification is an advantage.
