Are you passionate about transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations? We are seeking a dedicated and imaginative Interior Design Sales Executive to join our team and help build a nationwide home interior & remodeling brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their renovation needs.
* Manage and inspire subcontractors and employees to deliver high-quality service, ensuring timely project completion.
* Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, materials management, and quality control.
* Maintain proactive communication with clients, address their concerns, and offer innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
* Handle contracts, orders, and administrative tasks efficiently for smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of three years of B2C sales experience (aggressive sales experience is an advantage).
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Positive attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Experience in renovation, interior design, or related fields is a plus.
