Hydraulic Technician - (Heavy Equipments)

We are seeking a highly experienced Hydraulic Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of expertise in high-pressure hydraulics, specifically within the heavy equipment industry. The candidate must be highly proficient in troubleshooting hydraulic issues, overhauling hydraulic cylinders, and maintaining hydraulic systems. Strong knowledge of high-pressure seals, O-rings, valves, and hydraulic hoses is essential. Previous experience with heavy equipment such as excavators, boom trucks, and man-lifts is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic problems in heavy equipment, including excavators, boom trucks, and man-lifts.
• Overhaul hydraulic cylinders, ensuring all components are in optimal condition.
• Maintain hydraulic systems by replacing high-pressure seals, O-rings, valves, and hoses.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on hydraulic systems to ensure maximum performance and safety.
• Provide clear and detailed reports on maintenance and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient equipment operation.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the timely availability of required components.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• A diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in hydraulic maintenance, specifically in heavy equipment hydraulics.
• In-depth knowledge of high-pressure seals, O-rings, valves, hydraulic hoses, and other hydraulic components.
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting and overhauling hydraulic cylinders.
• Strong experience with heavy equipment such as excavators, boom trucks, and man-lifts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and repair hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A valid visa and work permit for employment in Saudi Arabia is required.
• A valid KSA driving license is required.
