HVAC Technician

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC technician will be skilled in adjusting and repairing systems. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Execute maintenance works as per the work orders, Carry out the scheduled PPM servicing and maintenance of various types of air-conditioning specially VRF units and refrigeration equipment’s under the properties.

• Ensure maintenance, repair and testing work done in compliance with applicable standards.

• Investigate causes of noise/vibration from A/C equipment, breakdown, cooling, and air quality etc.

• Ensure work completed is documented and approved by the Supervisor. This shall include proper filling-up of applicable forms and its timely submission to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Monitoring of all HVAC system from the BMS and VRF workstations.

• Proper feedback to the Supervisor.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

• Installation of HVAC Services like split units, Swimming pool chiller spare parts, FAHU and ERU motors etc

• Update the inventory of spares parts and material.

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs.

• Need to take full responsibility during the tenant complaints.

• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customer requirements.

• Use proper PPE .

• Need to attend everyday morning briefing.

• Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability

•  Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. 

• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. 

• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.

• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. 

• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

• Assisting with customers' queries.

• Timely updates the preventive maintenance program to the supervisor.

• Ensures recommended health and hygiene conditions of HVAC systems at all times.

• Attend maintenance request, maintenance calls and repairs related to all types of maintenance works.

• Respond as quickly as possible to maintenance requests from both clients and colleagues.
