We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer with a strong background in the healthcare industry to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the recruitment and retention of high-quality healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
