Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our luxury hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This position involves overseeing housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, and supporting the smooth execution of daily operations in line with five-star service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping team members, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest luxury standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training, coaching, and support as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, or complaints.
• Ensure proper inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Maintain records and reports related to daily operations, inspections, and incidents.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in preparing shift schedules and attending daily briefings.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Housekeeping Management preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment, with at least 1-2 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards, procedures, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Familiarity with housekeeping and property management systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS) is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID (required).
