We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join a prestigious international hotel group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of managerial experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry. This role is essential in upholding the hotel’s cleanliness standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading a well-trained and motivated housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate all activities of the housekeeping department.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance across all guest and public areas.
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety protocols, and health regulations.
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory, linen usage, and supply orders.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as front office and engineering for smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and service standards.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensure proper grooming, and uphold service excellence.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in the housekeeping department of a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.
