The Household Staff Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all household staff members, including housekeepers, butlers, chefs, and personal assistants. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. The Supervisor will oversee staff schedules, household budgets, maintenance, and event planning while ensuring privacy and security for the household. This position demands a professional demeanour, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs and preferences of the residents.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all household staff, including housekeepers, butlers, chefs, and personal assistants.
Onboard and evaluate staff members to ensure they meet the household's high standards.
Create and implement staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient operations.
Manage household budgets and expenses, including payroll, supplies, and maintenance costs.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the household, coordinating repairs and renovations as needed.
Plan and coordinate events and special occasions, ensuring flawless execution.
Handle confidential matters, maintaining the privacy and security of the household.
Act as a liaison between the household and external service providers, such as contractors and vendors.
Anticipate the needs and preferences of the residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Previous experience managing luxury households.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English or Arabic.
