Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead, motivate, and support department heads and operational teams
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury brand standards
  • Monitor operational performance, service quality, and guest feedback
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and productivity

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel operations, with proven experience in a 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and luxury service standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Financial and operational management experience is an advantage
