Job description

Gym & Martial Arts Instructor will be responsible to conduct Fitness Training, Martial Arts and Kickboxing for the members. The Gym & Martial Arts Instructor will work closely with members & possess a deep understanding of Martial Arts Techniques, Kickboxing Fundamentals, and a passion for teaching and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring Safety & an enjoyable environment.

Key Responsilibilties:

1. Responsible for conducting Fitness Training, Kickboxing & martial Arts classes.

2. Responsible to demonstrate proper Techniques, Forms, and combinations for Kickboxing & Martial Arts.

3. Responsible for ensuring each member completes a Medical Screening Questionnaire prior to Training.

4. Responsible for the administering of any necessary First Aid.

5. Responsible for the completion of the daily Gym Standards Check list.

6. Responsible for ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to maintain a safe area for our gym users to work out.

7. Report the day-to-day activity in the Gym Area, Complaints, Change of programs, new gym users and their conditions etc.

8. To implement the Rules and Regulations of the Gym to all users.

9. Colaborate with other Gym Instructors to create comprehensive fitness programs.

10. Provide feedback and recommendations to Members for continued improvement.

11. To create a positive and fun atmosphere for all Gym users.

Qualifications Required

1.Certification in Personal training, Martial arts & Kickboxing from a recognized organization.

2.Proven experience as a Martial Arts Instructor and Kickboxing Trainer.

3.Experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.

4.First Aid and CPR certifications required.
