We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. This role is key in delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable guest experiences throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.

Assist with check-ins/outs and provide detailed information about hotel services and amenities.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Manage VIP guest experiences and special arrangements.

Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and ensure personalized service.

Promote a high standard of hospitality at all times.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.

Fluency in English is required; additional language(s) will be an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance with a guest-centric approach.

Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates who are locally available in Qatar.
