Guest Relations Agent

We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. This role is key in delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable guest experiences throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.

  • Assist with check-ins/outs and provide detailed information about hotel services and amenities.

  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Manage VIP guest experiences and special arrangements.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and ensure personalized service.

  • Promote a high standard of hospitality at all times.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language(s) will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance with a guest-centric approach.

  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) preferred.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are locally available in Qatar.
