We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong marketing background to join our team. This role requires a creative individual who is proficient in both graphic design and digital marketing within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging content for various marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all materials, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to design assets that drive brand awareness and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including both digital and traditional formats. Ensure design elements align with overall campaign goals.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media visuals and content that resonate with target audiences. Monitor and report on engagement and performance.
- Marketing Materials: Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements that align with brand guidelines.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative materials adhere to brand standards, maintaining a consistent and professional appearance across all platforms.
- Digital Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and other online initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign results.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments (such as content, product, and sales teams) to create materials that meet business objectives and support campaign initiatives.
- Creative Strategy: Contribute to the brainstorming and creative direction of marketing campaigns, providing innovative ideas for visuals, content, and brand messaging.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design or similar roles, with a strong portfolio of digital marketing campaigns within the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management tools) and campaign performance metrics.
- Strong experience in social media content creation, management, and performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Candidates residing locally with an available NOC are preferred.
- Strong creative and visual design skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus.
