Freelance Technical Trainer (Microsoft Azure & ITIL)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure solutions, Power Apps Administration, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Azure Administration, and ITIL 4 Management. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong presentation skills, and a passion for teaching complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on the following courses:

• Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (AZ-305)

• Microsoft Power Apps Administration

• Azure Databricks Administration

• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)

• ITIL 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Management

• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, labs, and assessments.

• Assess trainee progress and provide feedback and coaching.

• Customize course content and delivery based on client needs and participant skill levels.

• Stay current with the latest updates and best practices in Azure technologies and ITIL framework.

• Collaborate with the training team to schedule courses and support marketing efforts.

• Maintain training records and reports as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical trainer or instructor in Microsoft Azure technologies and ITIL.

• Microsoft certifications preferred:

• AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions

• AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator

• Power Platform certifications related to Power Apps Administration

• Any relevant Azure Databricks certification or equivalent experience

• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, architecture, and administration.

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Azure Databricks.

• In-depth understanding of ITIL 4 best practices and service management principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
