Freelance - IT Cyber Security / Microsoft 365 / Outlook 365 Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT professional to join our team as a Trainer specializing in Cyber Security, Microsoft 365, and Outlook 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a focus on cybersecurity practices and expertise in Microsoft 365 and Outlook 365 applications. The primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of IT security and productivity tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Program Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to different skill levels and job roles within the organization.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and threats in Cyber Security to incorporate relevant content into training modules.

Cyber Security Training:

• Provide training on fundamental and advanced cybersecurity concepts, including but not limited to threat detection, incident response, and secure communication practices.

Microsoft 365 and Outlook 365 Training:

• Conduct training sessions on the effective use of Microsoft 365 and Outlook 365 applications, emphasizing productivity, collaboration, and security features.

• Cover topics such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and other relevant Microsoft 365 services.

Hands-On Workshops:

• Organize and lead practical, hands-on workshops to reinforce theoretical concepts, allowing participants to apply their knowledge in a controlled environment.

Customized Training Solutions:

• Work closely with different departments to understand specific training needs and customize programs accordingly.

Documentation and Resources:

• Develop training materials, documentation, and resources for ongoing reference.

• Maintain an up-to-date repository of training materials and resources.

Evaluation and Feedback:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

• Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve and update training content.

Stay Informed:

• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging threats, and updates in Microsoft 365 and Outlook 365 to ensure training content remains relevant.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) and Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-900, MS-500) are highly desirable.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering IT training programs.

• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security principles, Microsoft 365, and Outlook 365 applications.
