We are seeking
a qualified and experienced ISO Trainer to join our organization. The ISO
Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs
related to ISO standards, ensuring that employees across various departments
understand and implement the required processes and procedures. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in ISO standards, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to facilitate engaging and informative
training sessions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ISO Standards Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant ISO standards, including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards based on the organization's industry.
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs to educate employees on ISO standards, quality management systems, environmental management systems, and occupational health and safety standards.
Create training materials, presentations, and documentation to support effective learning.
Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at various levels within the organization.
Utilize different training methods, such as workshops, seminars, and online modules, to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Provide practical examples and case studies to enhance understanding and application of ISO standards.
Needs Analysis:
Assess the training needs of different departments and individuals within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads and management to identify specific areas for improvement in ISO compliance.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on changes and updates to ISO standards and related regulations.
Continuously enhance and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the effectiveness of training programs and areas for improvement.
Consultation and Support:
Provide guidance and support to employees and departments in implementing ISO standards.
Offer consultation services to address specific challenges or questions related to ISO compliance.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, etc.).
Professional certification in ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor certification) is highly desirable.
Proven experience as an ISO Trainer or similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
