We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Facility Management Professional (CFM) Trainer to join our team. The CFM Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to individuals interested in pursuing a career in facility management or looking to enhance their skills in this field. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of facility management principles and practices, be a certified CFM themselves, and have a passion for teaching and mentoring.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals or groups of aspiring facility management professionals.
Provide one-on-one guidance and support to participants, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.
Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment by encouraging discussions, group activities, and real-world problem-solving.
Offer mentorship and career guidance to participants, helping them navigate their career paths within the facility management field.
Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and performance, and provide feedback to management as needed.
Stay current with industry certifications, trends, and developments to enhance personal and professional knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Certified Facility Management Professional (CFM) designation.
IFMA Certification is required.
Proven experience in facility management or related field.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in instructional design and educational technology.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Prior experience in training and development is a plus.
