We are hiring a committed and guest-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Accurately take and serve food and drink orders with efficiency.
  • Set up and maintain tables according to established brand standards.
  • Guide guests through the menu and answer questions about offerings.
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction.
  • Keep the dining area tidy, organized, and clean at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Respond to guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist colleagues during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Basic understanding of F&B service procedures and guest etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Team player who stays composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for high-quality service.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
