As a Flight Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers aboard flights. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handling emergency situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome passengers on board, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure their comfort throughout the flight.

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks, including cabin equipment and emergency exits, to ensure readiness for departure.

  • Demonstrate the use of safety equipment and procedures to passengers, ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations.

  • Serve food, beverages, and refreshments to passengers according to their preferences and dietary restrictions.

  • Respond promptly to passenger requests and inquiries, providing assistance with luggage, amenities, and special needs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight, including lavatories and seating areas.

  • Monitor cabin conditions and passenger behavior, anticipating and addressing potential issues or emergencies.

  • Collaborate closely with the flight crew to ensure efficient and seamless flight operations.

  • Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports to the flight crew regarding passenger issues and cabin status.

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, customer service, and safety in all aspects of cabin operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality or aviation is advantageous.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Flight Attendant in commercial aviation.

  • Experience in the GCC region is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse passengers and crew.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial, including English and Arabic.

  • Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for passengers.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing schedules and flight conditions.
