As a Flight Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers aboard flights. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handling emergency situations professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome passengers on board, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure their comfort throughout the flight.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks, including cabin equipment and emergency exits, to ensure readiness for departure.
Demonstrate the use of safety equipment and procedures to passengers, ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations.
Serve food, beverages, and refreshments to passengers according to their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Respond promptly to passenger requests and inquiries, providing assistance with luggage, amenities, and special needs.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight, including lavatories and seating areas.
Monitor cabin conditions and passenger behavior, anticipating and addressing potential issues or emergencies.
Collaborate closely with the flight crew to ensure efficient and seamless flight operations.
Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports to the flight crew regarding passenger issues and cabin status.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, customer service, and safety in all aspects of cabin operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality or aviation is advantageous.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Flight Attendant in commercial aviation.
Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse passengers and crew.
Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial, including English and Arabic.
Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Commitment to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for passengers.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing schedules and flight conditions.
