F&B Service Associate (Trainee)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Trainee to join a prestigious luxury hospitality group in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring hospitality professionals to gain hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, while working in a dynamic, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Welcome and serve guests professionally, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
• Support the F&B team with table setting, order taking, food and beverage service, and clearing.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures related to hygiene, safety, and service quality.
• Observe and assist in back-of-house and front-of-house coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned F&B areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions to develop service skills.
• Shadow experienced staff to understand departmental roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Recent graduates with a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Passionate about hospitality and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are locally available in Qatar.
