F&B Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations across outlets

  • Ensure high standards of service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction

  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service standards

  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve revenue and profitability

  • Coordinate with Executive Chef and outlet managers for smooth operations

  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate F&B team members

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally

  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance

  • Manage supplier relationships and inventory control

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Operations Manager or similar senior role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • In-depth knowledge of food & beverage service and operations

  • Financial acumen and cost-control expertise

  • Excellent communication and guest-handling skills

  • Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or luxury dining establishments preferred
