F&B Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations across outlets

Ensure high standards of service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction

Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service standards

Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve revenue and profitability
-
Coordinate with Executive Chef and outlet managers for smooth operations
-
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate F&B team members
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations
-
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
-
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
-
Manage supplier relationships and inventory control
Requirements & Skills:
-
Proven experience as an F&B Operations Manager or similar senior role
-
Strong leadership and people management skills
-
In-depth knowledge of food & beverage service and operations
-
Financial acumen and cost-control expertise
-
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
-
Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or luxury dining establishments preferred
