We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Food & Beverage In-Charge to lead and oversee daily F&B operations within a luxury hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, including a proven background in 5-star hotels and resort, with a strong commitment to service excellence, leadership, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate F&B teams across multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Uphold and enforce 5-star service standards, hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and ongoing development
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels, cost control, and stock management processes
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and company policies
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of operational reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Mandatory experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining, service excellence, and guest relations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
