Estimation Engineer (Facility Management)

To prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for facility maintenance projects, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for facility maintenance projects
  • Analyze project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and budget adherence
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market prices, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Support tendering processes and ensure compliance with client expectations
  • Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for pricing validation

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of estimation experience in a facility maintenance company
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, cost analysis, and tender workflows
  • Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)
