Elevator Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Elevator Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators escalators, and moving walkways.. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and system issues, performing testing and commissioning, and ensuring safe and reliable operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system malfunctions.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and calibration of elevator systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
• Repair or replace defective components and ensure system reliability.
• Oversee site activities and coordinate installation works.
• Prepare inspection, testing, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Issue non-conformance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure timely inspections to avoid project delays.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Elevator Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams.
• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
