Electrical Technician (Heavy Equipments Industry)

We are seeking a highly experienced and proficient Electrical Technician with a strong background in heavy equipment electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with electrical circuits of heavy machines, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of diesel generators and other electrical systems used in the heavy equipment industry. The candidate must be highly skilled in both 2-phase and 3-phase circuits and possess in-depth knowledge of load banks, cables, and related electrical components.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics for troubleshooting and repair.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in heavy machinery, including diesel generators and other equipment.
• Conduct repairs on electrical circuits, cables, and components, ensuring they meet industry standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, perform tests and ensure proper functioning of electrical systems in heavy equipment.
• Work with load banks and other electrical testing tools for diagnostics and maintenance.
• Ensure the safe operation of electrical systems in heavy machinery, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with service teams and other departments to address electrical maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and testing procedures.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• A diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or a related field is required.
• Additional certifications or training related to heavy equipment electrical systems or industrial maintenance will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting within the heavy equipment industry.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems in heavy machinery, including diesel generators.
• Deep knowledge of both 2-phase and 3-phase electrical circuits.
• Experience with load banks, cables, and electrical components used in heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose electrical faults efficiently.
• Highly skilled and proficient in electrical system maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to electrical maintenance.
• A valid KSA driving license is required.
• A valid visa and work permit for employment in Saudi Arabia are required.
