Doorman/Bellboy

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Doorman/Bellboy to join our esteemed 5-star luxury hotel team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional welcome.

• Assist with luggage handling, ensuring the safe transportation of luggage to and from guest rooms.

• Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Ensure the entrance area, lobby, and surrounding spaces are clean and welcoming at all times.

• Offer assistance with taxis, transportation arrangements, and valet parking services.

• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies to effectively answer guest inquiries.

• Provide exceptional service to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their stay.

• Assist guests with special requests, including arranging for special services or deliveries to guest rooms.

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.

• Report any guest feedback, issues, or maintenance needs to appropriate hotel personnel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Doorman, Bellboy, or in a similar guest-facing role in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests.

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strong physical stamina to handle luggage and assist guests effectively.

• Ability to understand and speak multiple languages is a plus.

• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be willing to relocate to Qatar (for overseas candidates).
