Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts. If you're passionate about digital marketing and the real estate industry, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging and high-quality content for the company’s website, blogs, social media channels, and email campaigns. Focus on showcasing property listings, real estate trends, and tips for buyers and sellers.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage daily social media activity across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). Create and schedule posts to engage followers, promote listings, and increase brand visibility.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Help run and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Monitor budgets, performance, and results to ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the creation of email newsletters, property promotions, and customer retention campaigns. Ensure emails are optimized for higher open and click-through rates.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies for capturing and nurturing leads through online channels. Assist in managing leads in the CRM system and ensure proper follow-up.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing best practices to help adjust marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Skills:
- Good understanding of content marketing, digital advertising, and SEO.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative with an eye for design and content writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Knowledge of real estate trends and digital marketing best practices for the industry.
Additional Information:
- In addition to your base salary, commission will be provided based on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and lead generation success.
