We are hiring a skilled Cook (kerala) to join a well-established restaurant group. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine, ensuring traditional flavors and quality in a busy kitchen environment.
Key Requirements:
- Prepare a wide range of traditional South Indian cuisine, ensuring authentic flavors and quality.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including proper storage of spices and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
- Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a South Indian Cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to prepare food quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Professional attitude and good teamwork skills.
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
