We are hiring a skilled Cook (kerala) to join a well-established restaurant group. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine, ensuring traditional flavors and quality in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Prepare a wide range of traditional South Indian cuisine, ensuring authentic flavors and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including proper storage of spices and ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
  • Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a South Indian Cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to prepare food quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Professional attitude and good teamwork skills.
  • Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
