As a Co-Pilot, you will support the flight captain in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights, adhering to aviation regulations and company procedures. Your role will be crucial in assisting with flight navigation, monitoring aircraft systems, and communicating effectively with the flight crew.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Captain in conducting pre-flight inspections and preparing the aircraft for departure.

  • Monitor aircraft systems and instruments during flight to ensure optimal performance and safety.

  • Communicate effectively with the flight captain, air traffic control, and cabin crew to coordinate flight activities.

  • Execute the Captain’s instructions and procedures in compliance with airline policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in managing emergency situations calmly and professionally, prioritizing the safety of passengers and crew.

  • Maintain accurate records of flight activities, including fuel consumption, maintenance issues, and incident reports.

  • Collaborate with cabin crew to ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight.

  • Stay updated on flight regulations, procedures, and technological advancements through continuous training and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Co-Pilot in commercial aviation.

  • Experience in the GCC region is advantageous.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic may be beneficial.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and operational excellence in aviation.
