Chef De Partie - Bakery

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie – Pastry with 3–4 years’ experience in pastry and bakery operations, preferably within luxury hotels or reputable brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastry and dessert items, maintaining consistency, and supporting smooth pastry kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce pastry, desserts, and bakery items according to hotel standards and recipes
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry and dessert items
  • Supervise and assist junior pastry staff in their tasks
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety
  • Monitor pastry kitchen equipment and report any issues
  • Assist across different sections of the pastry kitchen as required
  • Support cost management by minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Culinary Arts or Pastry certification preferred
  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in luxury hotels or reputable kitchens
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
