A reliable and friendly Cashier/Waiter with 3-5 years of experience is sought to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in handling cash transactions and delivering excellent customer service. GCC experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Address and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
Order Processing: Accurately take and process food and beverage orders. Ensure that orders are prepared and delivered to customers efficiently.
Cash Handling: Manage cash register operations, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate cash balances.
Table Service: Set up and clear tables according to restaurant standards. Ensure that tables are clean and well-stocked with necessary utensils and condiments.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed. Report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. GCC experience is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Abilities: Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying items as needed.
