As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. Your dedication to enhancing the quality of life for our clients will be pivotal in the healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.

  • Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.

  • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and instructions.

  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.

  • Monitor and record clients' health status and report changes to healthcare professionals or family members.

  • Engage clients in activities that promote physical and mental stimulation.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.

  • Adhere to care plans and protocols established by healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and family members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in caregiving or healthcare assistance preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Caregiver, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.

  • Experience in providing care to elderly or disabled individuals is advantageous.

  • GCC experience in caregiving roles preferred.

  • Language proficiency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

  • Compassionate and patient-oriented with a strong sense of empathy.

  • Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving, including lifting and assisting with mobility.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' privacy.

  • Language proficiency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
