Bobcat Operator

We are currently hiring a skilled and safety-conscious Bobcat Operator with 3-4 years of hands-on experience operating skid-steer loaders and similar compact machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling earthmoving, loading, leveling, and general site support tasks in construction or landscaping projects while ensuring safety and equipment maintenance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders and other compact machinery as required on construction or maintenance sites.
• Load, lift, carry, and move materials such as soil, sand, gravel, and debris efficiently and safely.
• Perform land clearing, grading, trenching, and backfilling based on project requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow site supervisor instructions and project specifications precisely.
• Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Assist with other labor duties on-site as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of the machine after use.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 3-4 years proven experience operating Bobcat or similar compact equipment.
• Valid Bobcat or equipment operation license/certification (as per Qatar construction regulations).
• Strong understanding of equipment operation, safety procedures, and site protocols.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID (mandatory).
