BMS Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BMS Technician to join our maintenance team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC). The role requires technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operation of building automation systems across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission DDC/BMS control systems and components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS systems in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and residential complexes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Ensure efficient operation of HVAC and other electromechanical equipment through proper system monitoring and calibration.
• Maintain system documentation, wiring diagrams, and service logs.
• Coordinate with engineers and other maintenance staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies during installation and maintenance activities.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Technical Certificate (1–1.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DDC system installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance.
• At least 1.5 years of GCC experience in electromechanical maintenance within hospitals, schools, or residential complexes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in BMS and automation systems.
• Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
