Bartender

We are seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at a luxury hotel and resort property in Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and understanding their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other food and beverage team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote new beverages, specials, and upsell when appropriate.

Qualification, Experience and Skills
• 3+ years of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
• Excellent knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
