We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join a distinguished luxury hospitality group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a talent for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering outstanding guest service, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages in line with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional bar experience.
  • Set up the bar with necessary supplies including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and ice.
  • Mix drinks accurately and consistently according to beverage manuals and standard measures.
  • Handle orders and billing processes quickly and correctly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure bar area throughout the shift.
  • Receive and verify stock, report any discrepancies to the F&B Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth bar operations during service hours.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with end-of-shift duties including cleanup and stock replenishment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with training certificates in bartending from an accredited institute.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, high-end café, or premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian is an advantage.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
