Barista (Luxury Cafe)

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Barista to join our team! As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
• Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista in luxury cafe
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and POS handling skills
