Barista

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join a distinguished luxury hospitality brand in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area.
• Ensure beverages are served consistently according to brand quality and presentation standards.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to support café or outlet operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma with relevant certifications in barista training from a recognized and accredited institute
• Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience in a luxury café, hotel, or high-end F&B environment.
• Proven knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and brewing equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional language skills are an advantage.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent hygiene standards.
