Barista

We are seeking a skilled and professional Barista with prior experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve premium coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages according to luxury standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks.
• Provide personalized service to guests, including recommendations and customization of beverages.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and utensils.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report shortages as needed.
• Adhere to portion control, minimize wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and specialty drinks.
• Deliver service in a professional, courteous, and polished manner consistent with luxury brand standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, high-end café, or fine dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and espresso-based beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Barista certification or relevant professional training.
• Knowledge of latte art and specialty coffee presentation.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is highly preferred.
