Barista

We are seeking a Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages at a luxury hotel and resort property in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining beverage standards, and creating a memorable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks according to luxury brand standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and storage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior baristas if applicable.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualification, Experience and Skills
• 3+ years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and presentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and passion for delivering quality beverages.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
