We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to support the operations of a luxury F&B outlet within a prestigious hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banquet and event management, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. This role involves assisting with daily outlet operations, supervising the team, and ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Outlet Manager in the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring consistent delivery of premium service in alignment with luxury brand expectations.
- Support in supervising and guiding front-of-house service teams to deliver professional, attentive, and personalized guest service.
- Contribute to the training and motivation of team members, encouraging a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor outlet performance, including guest feedback, service quality, inventory control, and cost management.
- Support in handling guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary and events teams to ensure excellence in food presentation and service delivery.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, special events, and banquet operations as required.
- Participate in managing inventory, supply orders, and waste control in coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct regular briefings, contribute to team evaluations, and support ongoing staff training.
- Stay updated with luxury service trends and help implement initiatives that elevate guest experiences.
- Support coordination with marketing and events teams for seasonal campaigns, group events, and VIP arrangements.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in the F&B industry, including 2–3 years in an Assistant Outlet Manager role within the luxury hotel sector. (Required)
- Strong understanding of international service standards, hospitality etiquette, and event execution.
- Hands-on team player with excellent guest service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with restaurant or banquet management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, or in English and Russian, is preferred.
