Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Analyzer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance and calibration of on-line analyzers in the oil & gas processing or petrochemical industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of gas and liquid analyzers, including gas chromatographs, spectrophotometric, and moisture analyzers.
  • Diagnose and resolve failures, issues, and problems with sample systems and analyzers to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of analyzer systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including calibration reports, inspection logs, and troubleshooting notes.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure the reliability and efficiency of analyzer systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members regarding analyzer maintenance and operation.
  • Use various test equipment and tools to perform calibration and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and adjust analyzer settings to maintain accurate and reliable measurements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and technologies in analyzer systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Higher Secondary School Education with a technical diploma or certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in on-line analyzers within the oil & gas processing or petrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of calibration techniques for various types of gas and liquid analyzers.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting sample systems, gas chromatographs, spectrophotometric, and moisture analyzers.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of commonly used Microsoft business software packages.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
