IT Manager (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage all information technology operations within a luxury hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the hotel's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications while supporting operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring uninterrupted system availability across the property.

• Oversee hotel technology systems, including PMS, POS, ERP, CRM, IPTV, Wi-Fi, telephony, access control, CCTV, and other hospitality applications.

• Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of all IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and databases.

• Plan, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company standards.

• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, software implementations, and technology enhancements.

• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related incidents.

• Develop and manage the IT budget, including procurement of hardware, software, and services.

• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are maintained and regularly tested.

• Support hotel departments with technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Conduct IT audits and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and company policies.

• Train and support users on IT systems, applications, and security awareness.

• Prepare periodic reports on system performance, project status, IT risks, and departmental activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within luxury hospitality.

• Strong experience working with internationally recognized hotel brands and hospitality technology platforms.

• Proven experience managing hotel IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera PMS, POS solutions, Micros, ERP systems, IPTV, and guest-facing technologies.

• Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, server management, cloud technologies, and virtualization.

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions.

• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards.
